The entertainer was announced as the first African Ambassador for Apple/Beats by Dre recently and the excitement of his new deal is still in the air.
D’Banj has released a video of the first time he saw the D’Banj Custom Beats by Dre headphones as well as a look into his work outside Nigeria and the team that worked with him to get on his new international venture with Beats by Dre.
According to his management, Gold was the preferred colour for the headphones because ‘Gold signifies success, achievement and triumph. Associated with abundance and prosperity, luxury and quality, prestige and sophistication, value and elegance, the color Gold implies affluence, material wealth and extravagance.’
The Gold beats say D’Banj represents the new Africa because we are up-to-date and rich in culture yet people don’t know.
